Branson sonotrodes for ultrasonic plastic welding
SONOTRODE DEVELOPMENT
Branson can design and manufacture a sonotrode from scratch to meet your requirements. For example, we have developed sonotrode of lengths up to 650 mm, various composite variations, and sonotrodes with special coatings ranging from Teflon to tungsten carbide. All sonotrodes are tested in the Branson laboratory
SPECIALIZED SONOTRODES
The company has an extensive stock of projects for special complex sonotrodes (of various sizes and shapes) that can be manufactured with minimal modifications to suit your products in particular. This reduces the time of sonotrode manufacturing. We can also produce composite sonotrodes such as vacuum, set (branched) and full wavelength sonotrodes
BASIC SONOTRODES
Basic sonotrode options can be applied to most standard simple products. The available configurations are as follows: stepped, curved, rectangular, rod, circular (solid or hollow), and sonotrodes with replaceable tips of various shapes
